    DEVICE FOR PREPARING BEVERAGES PROVIDED WITH A MOBILE STEAM NOZZLE
    The present invention relates to the general technical field of devices for preparing a drink based on frothed milk, in particular a coffee machine comprising such a device for preparing drinks.
    It is known from document EP1051940 to produce a device for preparing a frothed milk-based drink comprising a frame provided with a support for receiving a container as well as a steam nozzle provided with a free injection end of steam, said steam nozzle being arranged on the frame movably between a high rest position in which the free end is outside the container and a low working position in which the free end is immersed in milk contained in the recipient.
    The device for preparing a drink may in particular comprise a drive system assisted by the steam nozzle which may include a spring mechanism, a pneumatic, hydraulic or electromechanical mechanism.
    However, such a drive system has many parts which make the device expensive to manufacture and which can pose reliability problems over time.
    The object of the present invention is to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a device for producing a frothed milk-based drink which has a simple design and which is economical to implement.
    Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for preparing a frothed milk based drink which has a simple and ergonomic implementation.
    These goals are achieved with a device for preparing a frothed milk-based drink comprising a frame provided with a support for receiving a container as well as a steam nozzle provided with a free end for injecting steam, said steam nozzle being arranged on the frame movably between a high rest position in which the free end is outside the container and a low working position in which the free end is immersed in milk contained in the container, characterized in that the frame comprises a housing and in that the preparation device comprises a movable locking member between a blocking position in which the movable locking member is engaged in the housing to maintain the steam nozzle in the rest position and a release position in which the movable locking member has come out of the housing to allow the steam nozzle to move relative to the frame.
    Thus, blocking or releasing the steam nozzle is carried out in a simple and economical manner by a movable locking member, the movable locking member being able in particular to be moved manually.
    By the steam nozzle is arranged on the frame movably between a high rest position and a working position, it is understood that, conversely, the steam nozzle is arranged on the frame movably between a low working position and a position high rest. It is also understood that the device for producing a drink includes a mechanism for sliding the steam nozzle relative to the frame.
    Advantageously, the beverage preparation device comprises manual operating means of the steam nozzle and it comprises manual operating means of the movable locking member, the manual operating means of the steam nozzle and the operating means manuals of the movable locking member comprising the same handle.
    This arrangement allows the user to grasp the same handle to release or block the steam nozzle and also to move the steam nozzle. Such an arrangement is particularly simple and ergonomic.
    Preferably, the frame has a slot for passage of the operating means to allow the steam nozzle to move from the high rest position to the low working position and the frame has a notch adjacent to the slot, said notch forming the housing. receiving the movable locking member to maintain the steam nozzle in the high rest position.

    Advantageously, the steam nozzle comprises a rotary tool.
    Thus, the device for preparing a drink can realize a greater variety of drink recipes.
    Preferably, the rotary tool is rotated by a motor, the motor being arranged with the steam nozzle on a support movably between the high rest position and the low working position.
    The invention also relates to a coffee machine comprising a device for preparing drinks as described above.
    Thus, such a coffee machine can produce coffee and milk drinks.
    The invention will be better understood by studying the embodiments taken by way of non-limiting example and illustrated in the appended figures in which:
    - Figure 1 illustrates a perspective view of a device for preparing frothed milk based drinks arranged on a coffee machine according to a particular embodiment of the invention, the steam nozzle being in a high rest position.
    - Figure 2 illustrates a perspective view of the device for preparing frothed milk-based drinks illustrated in Figure 1, the steam nozzle being in a low working position.
    - Figure 3 illustrates an exploded perspective view of the beverage preparation device illustrated in Figure 1.
    FIG. 4 illustrates a sectional view along line IV-IV of the beverage preparation device illustrated in FIG. 3.
    It will be noted that, in this document, the terms "horizontal", "vertical", "lower", "upper", "longitudinal", "transverse", "top", "bottom", used to describe the device for preparing 'a drink refers to this preparation device in situation of use.
    In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, a device 10 for preparing a drink from milk is arranged on a coffee machine
    1. The device 10 for preparing a drink comprises a steam nozzle 11 provided with a free end 12 for injecting steam and / or hot water. The coffee machine 1 comprises a boiler (not illustrated in the figures) making it possible to produce steam and / or hot water to supply the steam nozzle 11. The steam nozzle 11 is arranged vertically so that the jet of steam leaving of the free end 12 is directed downwards. The coffee machine 1 comprises an infusion chamber (not illustrated in the figures) supplied with hot water to prepare a coffee which is distributed by a coffee outlet nozzle 2 arranged above a reception support 3 intended to receive a cup (not shown in the figures).
    The device 10 for preparing a drink comprises a frame 20 fixed to a frame 4 of the coffee machine 1. The steam nozzle 11 is arranged above the receiving support 3 intended to receive a container 50. The preparation device 10 of a drink comprises a mechanism for sliding the steam nozzle 11 on the frame 20 along a vertical axis 30. The steam nozzle 11 is movable between a high rest position in which the free end 12 is outside the container and a low working position in which the free end 12 is immersed in milk contained in the container 50. The device for producing drinks 10 comprises manual operating means of the steam nozzle 11 formed by a handle 13 arranged at the front of the frame 20. The handle 13 comprises a rod 14 and the frame 20 has a vertical slot 21 in which the rod 14 extends.
    The device 10 for preparing a drink comprises a locking member 15 (FIG. 3) movable in rotation between a blocking position in which the movable locking member 15 is engaged in a housing 22 of the frame 20 to hold the nozzle steam 11 in the high rest position and a release position in which the movable locking member 15 has come out of the housing 22 to allow the steam nozzle 11 to move relative to the frame 20. The housing 22 is formed by a notch 23 arranged in the frame 20 and opening into the vertical slot 21. The device 10 for preparing drinks comprises manual operating means for the movable locking member 15 formed by the handle 13. The handle 13 and the rod 14 are rotatable around the vertical axis 30. The rod 14 forms the movable locking member 15 which cooperates with the notch 23. The vertical slot 21 has a lower end forming a housing 27 in which the rod 14 takes place to define the low working position of the steam nozzle 11.
    In accordance with FIGS. 3 and 4, the steam nozzle 11 is rotatably arranged on a support 16. The steam nozzle 11 has at the free end 12 an annular projection 40 forming a tool for frothing, in particular milk. The steam nozzle 11 is rotated by a motor 31 fixed on the support 16. The support 16 comprises two pins 18, 19 extending along the vertical axis 30 and arranged in diametrically opposite directions. The frame 20 has two grooves 24, 25 extending along the vertical axis 30. The pins 18, 19 are intended to cooperate respectively with the grooves 24, 25 to form the sliding mechanism of the steam nozzle 11 on the frame 20. The support 16 comprises a cylindrical portion 17 which extends along the vertical axis 30 and which is intended to cooperate with a ring 29 on which the rod 14 is fixed. The ring 29 is only movable in rotation around the cylindrical portion 17, it cannot slide on the support 16 along the vertical axis 30.
    The support 16 comprises a chamber 32 supplied with steam or hot water by the boiler of the coffee machine 1. The chamber 32 is traversed by a tube 33 movable in rotation and comprising a closed first end 34 which is coupled to the motor 31 thus a second open end 35 on which the steam nozzle 11 is removably arranged. The tube 33 has a part arranged in the chamber 32 which has perforations 36 for conveying the steam to the free end 12.
    As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the coffee machine 1 comprises a control panel 5 comprising in particular a control button 6 for the boiler to produce steam or hot water and a control button 7 for setting start or stop the motor 31 for driving the steam nozzle 11.
    In an alternative embodiment, the steam nozzle 11 movable between the high rest position and the low working position can be placed in an intermediate position called the high working position. The steam nozzle 11 is placed in the high working position when the container 50 is high and contains a large quantity of milk. Thus the free end 12 is positioned more centered in the milk. The frame 20 has a notch 26 opening into the vertical slot 21. The rod 14 is intended to cooperate with the notch 26 to place the steam nozzle 11 in the high working position.
    In operation, the user pours milk into the container 50 and deposits it on the receiving support 3, under the steam nozzle 11 which is in the high rest position. The user grasps the handle 13 and rotates it around the vertical axis 30.
    Thus the rod 14 is moved from the locking position in the notch 23 to the release position in the vertical slot 21. In the release position, the rod 14 can slide down. The user accompanies with the handle 13 the descent of the steam nozzle 11 to its working position, in the milk contained in the container 50. The user presses the control button 6 to start the boiler and produce steam, then on the control button 7 to start the motor 31 for driving the steam nozzle 11 provided with its tool. Thus, a hot preparation based on frothed milk will be prepared.
    Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described and illustrated which have been given only by way of example. Modifications remain possible, in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
    In an alternative embodiment not shown in the figures, the steam nozzle is movable along a vertical axis and the movable locking member is movable in translation, perpendicular to the vertical axis.
